People used to hop in the car on a Sunday afternoon and tool through neighborhoods to find a good home to buy.  Now they’re more likely to grab a cup of coffee and their mouse.  They may still do a drive by in their car, but only after eliminating all the “undesirable” contestants online.  Why go through the pain of touring a bunch of houses that you don’t really want to see?
